Birch & Co is a full-service Interior Design and Staging partnership located in Columbus, Ohio. We want to help you fall in love with your home. Whether you’re looking to stage your home to sell, refresh a room(s) with new paint colors & decor or ready for a full-scale renovation with our in house contracting team- we will be there every step of the way.   • 01. Inquiry

    Please complete an inquiry form directly on our website. This will direct you to our booking platform, Honeybook. After your initial inquiry, please be prepared for Part II, during which we will request essential details such as the project location, timeline, and budget.

  • 02. Consultation

    Our 45-minute consultations are complimentary and convenient! They can be conducted virtually or in person, either at your home or, preferably, at a local coffee shop. Please come prepared with your ideas, inspirational images, and any questions you may have. During our discussion, we will delve into our process, workflow, and the customizable packages we offer.

  • 03. Packages and Pricing

    Following our initial consultation, during which we will gain a deeper understanding of your project, we will develop a comprehensive and customizable package tailored to your specific needs. Recognizing that each project is unique and that every client has distinct requirements, we offer a wide range of services, including digital design with shoppable links, complete interior decorating, and extensive interior renovations.

  • 04. Contract Completion

    Once you determine that we are a suitable match, we will send our contract for signature through Honeybook. A retainer will be required at a minimum to initiate the design process.

  • Design Presentation

    For every project, regardless of its scale, we develop comprehensive design presentations and renderings. This approach enables our clients to visualize our proposed concepts for their spaces effectively. This process takes 4-6 weeks including one design meeting for modficiations or adjustments.

  • Client Approval

    All design presentations must be approved prior to any purchasing or installation. For our digital design clients, we are nearing project completion! We will provide a final presentation that includes shoppable links for convenient self-purchasing.

    For full interior clients, this is where we assume complete responsibility. We appreciate the opportunity to meet in person to discuss color and textile sampling, layout options, and more before making any purchases.

  • Purchasing & Install

    There are several options for installation; however, you can be assured that the process will become clear once you reach this stage. Essentially, you have the flexibility to choose your level of involvement. Typically, installations are scheduled after all purchases have been finalized and items have been delivered to either your residence or our storage facility. The duration of the installation will vary based on the square footage and the number of rooms involved. We kindly request that all items not being utilized in the installation be completely removed from the room to facilitate our work on the project.

  • Experience Questionnaire

    Our primary objective is to ensure client satisfaction and happiness. At the conclusion of your project, we will send you an experience questionnaire, as we greatly value our clients and their feedback.
