90 minutes/$350 : Includes a complete walk-through of current space while providing suggestions on decluttering, rearranging, repairing, and refreshing to help you get your home ready to sell at top dollar.
Beginning package includes a full stage of entry, kitchen, dining room, one living room, master bedroom and master bathroom. Home will remain staged for 30 days, option to extend month to month.
Pricing is subject to change based upon square footage and number of rooms requesting to be staged.

Design boards for each room are carefully curated to show the client a visual representation of the design direction we feel will allow their personal style to be showcased, while still being trendy, cohesive and within budget.
After design boards have been approved and shopping is completed, installation planning begins and is dependent upon client & designer choice.
TIER I: Client completes ordering of all products and assembly, Birch & Co completes set-up and decorating.
TIER II: Birch & Co completes ordering of all products, assembly, delivery and set-up. Typically requires 2-3 days for install.

Consultations for renovations begin at $200. This includes our time with you, project development and estimates.
Contractor costs, goods, services and materials are additional.
We create a mix of design boards, 3D renderings & a presentation of furnishings/finishings to showcase client’s needs & wants for their space. Project will not begin until mood boards have been approved by all parties involved.
Once we've received feedback and determined the final design for discussed rooms, we then provide the client(s) with the estimated cost and breakdown of goods. We then manage the hiring and services of the contractor(s). During the renovation process we communicate to all of the contractors and keep them on the agreed upon timeline, while allowing our clients to be involved to the degree they wish.
After renovations are complete, we offer a white glove service, allowing our clients to walk into a completely installed home.
